After the publication of article ‘Tattoos Affect Our Character and Our Destiny’, my friend Charu sent me a picture of the tattoo on her right upper arm with the request to see how it may affect her.
I go to a gym in the evenings and I see young men in vests proudly displaying tattoos on their arms and torso. Some of the tattoos have clear or veiled satanic motifs or symbols of death. I always wonder – do they know what their tattoos mean?
Any symbol, any thing displayed on our body affects our life. A tattoo is symbol that is not only displayed on your skin, it is engraved onto your subtle bodies also – it’s a stamp on your personality, on your destiny and you have no control over it…
(For example, for business blogging purposes.)
Branding yourself is about finding and expressing your true personality, not hiding behind the masks.
It’ a good thing to do.
When you open yourself to public you naturally want to be better, smarter, wiser, more beautiful, more enlightened and this is when the impulse to work on yourself starts.
This ‘Magic Spell’ was written as a part of an assignment for for Silvia Hartman’s distant learning course that said, “Write something to change the fabric of reality.”
I invoke you, Gods of Rain
To bring some living rain
On the dusty city of Delhi!
On the dusty trees
that are waiting for a wash!
On the dusty roads
that are waiting to be cleaned.
On the clouds of smog
that need to be settled down,
even for a while.
The Tarot is a powerful tool for gaining insight into a specific situation. It helps analyse the situation, reveals aspects that have been hidden from the sight and can suggest new directions to explore.
Here is a small poem I wrote as an exercise for the CW course I am doing…
Open tarot and tell the story,
Let it flow into the willing listener.
Weave your tales and pour
salvation into their hearts,
let the picture come clear to them –
let them know that they are not alone.
Let them know that their story
is already played in the Heavenly realms.
It is set and done.
Yet the Universe is kind –
and they are offered to step into the game
and change it any time –
through the power of their free will.
This forgiveness formula is translated from the Russian language. It is found on many Russian websites without a proper attribution, so I do not know the author’s name.
I find it very effective for resolving relationship problems. For this purpose, it is recommended to read the prayer in a meditative mood once daily for 21 days.
One can also use it for working on the fears and phobias, for example, the fear of water or the fear of dogs. For this purpose, instead of person’s name put “Water” or “Dogs” (whatever is applicable).
The Meditation for Forgiveness
Creator, please forgive me for everything.
Planet Earth, please forgive me for everything.
People, I forgive you for everything, I love you and release you in peace.
People, please forgive me for everything, please love me and release me in peace.
I forgive myself.
I love myself.
I am Love and Light.
I am Light and Love.
(Name), I forgive you for everything, I love you and release you in peace.
(Name), please forgive me for everything, please love me and release me in peace.
Creator, please cleanse me from all the negativity on all levels.
Please fill with Divine Love me and all the members of my family tree, and all the channels connecting us with other people.
I am Divine Light and Love.
Creator, please save my soul.
Creator, thank you for everything.
Can a layperson who is interested in energy learn healing modalities? Or one has to be born with the gift of healing?
By all means, anyone who is interested in learning healing can do it.
Every person has the healing hands and the ‘energy mind’ which can interact with the subtle reality.
I feel the subject of bio-energy correction should be taught in schools – it is so useful in everyday life. It’s a totally natural and effective means of first aid.
We all have an experience of applying a simple form of energy healing when we rub our hurt part and blow on it… and this gives us instant relief. Why not learn how to do the same properly?
Why not learn how to do the same properly?
Why not learn the skill as a system?
If one desires to learn energy healing but does not want to invest in a workshop, one can get a good HOW TO book on healing and learn the craft at home. I know some great healers who are self-taught. The truth is, even if you do go through a healing workshop, you anyway need to put in a lot of practice thereafter to master the skill.
Of cause, attending a workshop has its benefits: if the trainer is the master in their subject, they give you an initiation into the craft – they transfer a part of their skill and knowledge to you in the process of instruction. This happens energetically.
For me, it took many years… I started from zero, without any special skills. However, I had a strong curiosity, a burning desire to learn and the excitement about the subject. This was the force that pushed me to overcome many difficulties on the path.
My Russian healer friends advised me also to gently knock on the plaster with a wooden plank to speed up the bone healing process. They say that vibrations make the bone heal twice faster.
Another healer from Latvia recommended a sound massage with the Nepalese singing bowls. She noted that the hand-forged bowls are much better than the cast ones.
There is a technique involved, she says. It’s best to learn from a gong-master. But if you have no access to a good teacher, do it yourself: keep the bowl next to the fractured bone and hit the bowl with a mallet in a rhythmic pattern. Allow the sound vibration to resonate in the bones. Do it for 10 min daily.
It feels good.
With age, a person may experience diminishing short-term memory.
An excellent exercise for activating brain cells is chanting and humming mantra Om in the following manner:
Inhale and on exhalation chant ‘Ooooo-mmm’. Chanting should not be loud, in fact, find your natural tone – a tone that that you can produce without tensing any of your voice organs.
While chanting, be aware of vibrations in the chest, then in the soles, then in the head. Concentrate more on the head, make it vibrate. Hold the intention that you are activating your brain cells and boosting your short-term memory.
While chanting/humming be aware of your body and allow different groups of muscles to relax more and more.
Do it for 10 minutes daily.
Other traditional measures include balanced nutrition, exercises for the mind (e.g. maths), physical exercises, de-stressing, getting involved in social activities, etc.
Foods that are beneficial for memory are almonds (soaked overnight), walnuts, honey, apples, leafy greens, etc.
I am very grateful for my experience with Theatre Garage Project and for the opportunity to learn from and to interact with Ashwath Bhatt, the founder (who is an NSD & LAMDA graduate).
Firstly, I am very grateful for the opportunity to learn under the outstanding Indian and international theatre trainers without the need to travel out of Delhi. Of course, all the TGP-organized workshops that I had a chance to attend were tremendous fun (what else would you expect when you attend a clowning workshop?) I apply the acquired knowledge and skills DAILY – in my professional work as a healer, hypnotherapist and a workshop trainer. The art of theatre clowning is a serious business!
Secondly, I admire the TGP philosophy and the way the group gives back to the society in the form of service. A clown can change an atmosphere in a hospital or an old-age home. A clown has the power to reflect back to the society its shortcomings – in a funny, inoffensive way. Laughter can heal and make peace, laughter helps people to discover their own nonsense.
Thirdly, the TGP team are good people to be around with and they are talented and entertaining performers.
Theatre Garage Project is raising funds to acquire their own space for the Humor Factory Studio. Any contribution is welcome. They are on FB: https://www.facebook.com/groups/theatregarage/.
